First you need to verify that these 4 lights are on.
If the first light is for power. If all of the lights are off press the power button on the back of the router. If this doesn't power up the router check the cable and the plug and make sure it is turned on at the wall.
The second light is for DSL. If this light is off, inspect the connectors on the cable at each end and the cable that connects the router to the BT socket in the wall and verify that it is connected to the router and the BT socket and that it is not damaged between the router and socket.
If the 3rd light is on that means that there's an internet connection. If this is off please do the same and check the cable that connects the router to the in wall BT socket and check its not damaged and the connectors are not damaged .
If the cable and connectors are not damaged please verify that the BT socket is not damaged and that the ports are not damaged.Please ensure that you have the router plugged into the left port with the router symbol/logo and your landline phone plugged into the right port with the phone symbol/logo.
If the cable and connectors are not damaged please verify that the BT socket is not damaged and that the ports are not damaged.Please ensure that you have the router plugged into the left port with the router symbol/logo and your landline phone plugged into the right port with the phone symbol/logo.
If all seems good take the front cover off the socket to reveal another connector. Inspect the back of the cover and verify that the connector has not been damaged and verify the socket on the wall that it is not damaged on the inside.
After you have verified that there is no damage to the front of the socket, carefully take the faceplate screws out and verify that the cable coming into the house is not damaged and there are no loose connections on the back or front of the socket.
If the 4th light is on it means that there's a 5g signal. This can be turned on and off with the wifi button at the back so if this light is off but the internet light is on, try pressing said button to see if it comes back on.
