Sharing Devices Through HIK Connect

Modified on Thu, 2 Nov, 2023 at 3:59 PM

he Hik-Connect Hikvision-made app enables the users to view their cameras remotely on the phone. However, using this app one device can be added to one account only.

Meaning you can’t have the same recorder on two different phones. But what would you do if you want to share your cameras? Let’s say you want your wife or husband to view the Hikvision surveillance cameras as well.

This is where the Share function of Hik-Connect comes into use. In other words, with the share function, other accounts could watch the stream shared by others without adding it.
